In my garden I planted 3 magnolia trees. Only one of them has successfully grown…. so far. Whilst waiting for the beautiful curly flowers to bloom I painted this vase full of magnolia branches. Nobody knows how the lonely goldfish got in there as well. At home I have 3 male cats who would stare it for hours, contemplating if it was to be their next lunch.
This painting has a surprise, it has an alternative abstract motive on the back side, giving the owner a chance to turn it around for a new look….
